Chronic illness of a bathroom nature is overwhelming at times. I believe our emotional life is tied to how we will handle our illness needs. Being sick is like having a new job. You have to do a lot of education and orientation to be in charge of your illness. Too many patients are without outreach and support at the time we most need it! I am here for you as a patient surviving with Crohn's disease (1974) and Ileostomy (1987) as your soft place to land. I can assist your empowerment to cope within your individual circumstances. Since 1996, I have worked with myriad IBD/Ostomy patients, plus my own survival to thrive.
I believe we need to replace fear with solid information. I believe you have a right to have dignity and better image regardless of inner or outer voiced messages you are living with. I AM GOOD AT WHAT I DO! You deserve to feel better even if it may seem impossible right now. I have realistic esteem tips for your circumstances. We use your time wisely. I am not about endless sessions, wallet digging without progression to goals you help define. You may only need one or two coach sessions.

I do charge a fair and affordable fee of $30.00 per 1 hour session. I can book for you on weekends and evenings too. I only accept PayPal as it provides good tax receipts for you and me!
